PROPOSALS DUE: July 26th, 2023

Politan is looking for a great public relations team to build awareness around a new opening. This engagement requires the respondent to utilize multiple tactical strategies specified below with a deep knowledge of the local editorial and influencer environment. The position is open to independent consultants, smaller public relations firms, and traditional agencies. Smaller firms are encouraged to apply.

Active Target Publications: AJC, Eater, Atlanta Magazine, Modern Luxury, What Now Atlanta, Imbibe, Punch, Chilled, Food & Wine

Goals:

·         Build awareness around an opening of multiple brands

·         Actively position Politan Row towards its target demographic

·         Place editorial stories where they will be most compelling

·         Tell a brand growth story of internal chefs

·         Curate a highly organized and well curated paid influencer program

Tactics:

·         Influencer organization/booking

·         Editorial pitching

·         Media preview party

·         Materials and bio collection/organization

Engagement requirements:

·         4-month launch plan

·         Optional 2-month extension

·         Weekly on-site priorities check-in with client manager

·         Bi-monthly full team coordination meeting (social media, operations, finance, creative)

·         (Preferred) Physical presence in Atlanta

·         (Preferred) BIPOC

Bid Requirements:

·         Discussion of resume or experience that are relevant with specific tactics and strategies that were employed

·         Resumes of the team or person that will be directly involved with the execution of the strategies/tactics

·         Pricing proposal

·         Starting availability (Target August 15th 2023)

Notes: This RFP specifically excludes social media management. Qualified participants will be asked to interview in person.
