Jojo’s Beloved

Nestled in a secluded interior of Colony Square, the lounge boasts cathedral-height ceilings, an all-vinyl soundtrack, and a brooding, romantic vibe. Expect oft-maligned favorites from the era of disco and glam. You’ll channel a time of skates and tapes, when seedy glamour, indulgence, and boogie reigned supreme.

PRIOR PROJECTS THAT HAVE BEEN SOLD

St. Roch Market

Our original concept, St. Roch Market serves some of New Orleans’ most praiseworthy dishes from eleven independent vendors, plus craft cocktails and other libations from The Mayhaw. For more than 140 years, the market thrived and served as a place for locals to break bread and sell goods until Hurricane Katrina devastatingly shut it down in 2005. On the tenth anniversary of its closure, it was reopened by Politan Group in 2015, transformed into the lively food hall it is today and reassuming its role as a gathering place, for locals and visitors alike. St. Roch makes all the national and international lists for food halls. Particularly, Zagat ranked it 3rd among its “must visit” food halls list. The New York times noted that it was “an obvious choice.” This project was sold in 2023.
