POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the management of the entrances to the cocktail lounge, as well as the security of

all visitors and staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND TASKS

● Greets guests and works closely with the maître d' to manage entrance to cocktail lounge.

● Checks IDs of all guests to verify legal drinking age.

● Enforces safety and security procedures.

● Monitors and protects property from theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire and accidents.

● Investigates and writes reports on accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards,

and other security related situations.

● Provides any needed assistance to customers, employees and visitors following the department’s

procedures.

● Maintains professional appearance in accordance with company dress code

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 High school diploma or GED

 Bartender’s License or Alcohol Server’s Permit
