Their ability to concisely and effectively work through the numerous complicated decisions that evolve throughout the development of a food hall saved us time, money, and inconvenience.

Will and Zoe in particular have a deep understanding around the nuances of the development and operations of food halls. The ability to get many years of operational expertise, tools, and legal documentation is invaluable and certainly would have cost significantly more to acquire separately.
